The Services team member is responsible for home maintenance issues throughout the Innsbrook Resort community.

Essential functions:

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Landscaping
• Leads by example.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures all equipment safely and maintenance procedures are followed.
• Reports for duty each day on time.
• Follows directions from supervisor.
• Follows all safety rules and company safety policies.
• Strives to improve job skills and develop the potential for upward mobility.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Homeowner maintenance issues.
• Working from an extension ladder, dig and repair water and sewer lines as necessary.

Requirements:

• 1+ years’ experience.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds safely.
• Proficient equipment operating skills including hand tools, ladders and lawn equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun and fast paced environment.
• Verbal and written communications skills.
• Good time management skills; possible weekend and/or overtime may be required.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Clean and professional appearance
• Punctual and dependable.
