Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles and tow company equipment.
• Interact professionaly with and around customers
• Safely carry out the assigned tasks for the day, supporting the crew leader
• Trimming, removing, and evaluating trees
• Operate machinery such as chippers, trucks, mini skidsteers
• Perform daily maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery
• Operate equipment such as chainsaws, hand tools, leafblowers
• Perform work up to company standards and clean jobsite thoroughly

Qualifications:

• Must have valid Maine driver's licence
• Chainsaw operating experience preferred, but not required
• Good attitude, willingness to learn

Cassella Tree Service is a small family-owned business that offers premium tree services to Cumberland County. This position is year-round Mon-Fri, however becomes more part-time during winter. Pay will increase as productivity increases. You won't be expected to perform aerial work (lift or climbing) but it is available to learn if you want to earn more and make a career out of it. If you want to make more money and grow with us, we'll train you accordingly. Uniforms and PPE are provided to the crew.
