As a graphic production specialist and a member of the creative team, ninety6, within marketing, you will own your own projects, as well as partner in a production capacity with our design team on complex, multi piece projects. You will be responsible for layout as well as digital and print production for events, reference materials, merchandise, and more. You will apply brand standards to documents, to insure brand consistency, in addition to the highest quality output. In this role, you will create, edit, optimize, prepare, and bring to life the materials that allow us to effectively communicate with our consumers, customers, community, and employees.

Must-have qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Graphic Design discipline or higher or related field of study (e.g., Graphic Art, Digital, Visual Communications Design, Technology, and Integrated Media) and minimum of one year of related work experience in graphic design and/or production/creative-technical field experience
• In lieu of degree, minimum of two years related work experience in graphic design and/or production/creative-technical field experience in agency or corporate environment

Preferred skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD, etc.) as well as working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership over projects from both a production and project management perspective
• Experience in accessible document remediation, light video editing, and photography post-production

Compensation

• $45,000 - $68,300/year depending on position level and experience
• Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
