Position Details:

Graphic Designer Remote-Redmond WA

Location : Remote

Project Duration : 6+ Months

Pay Rate : $40/hr on W2

Job Description:
 

• The main function of this role is to create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on design principles and concepts for presentations and other design-based assets. A typical applicant needs to have a high level of creativity and be able to communicate their ideas to both internal and external clients. The ability to be flexible to client demands, work well under pressure and multi-task are required skills.
• Plan, analyse and create visual solutions to communication problems
• Develop overall layout and production design of publications or web interfaces as they relate to graphic design
• Prepare sketches or layouts to present to client
• Create charts and graphs from data given
   

Qualifications:
 

• Associate's degree in design and/or certificate in graphic design required. Bachelor's degree in design or related field preferred
• 10+ years’ experience required
• Creativity, verbal and written communication skills and problem solving ability
• Basic ability to utilize various forms of media, including print, electronic and film
• Basic ability to visualize in 2D and 3D and understand aesthetic aspects of design
• Previous experience using the computer to create layouts and generate new images
• Experience with Adobe publishing and graphics software"
   

Candidate Requirements
 

• Years of Experience Required – 10+ years of overall experience in the field
• Degrees or certifications required –Associate's degree in design and/or certificate in graphic design required. Bachelor's degree in design or related field preferred
• Best vs. Average –

Deliverables:
 

• Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
• Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility
• Participate in data conversion and data maintenance
• Provide best practice and industry specific solutions
• Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions
• Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
• Participate as a team member of the functional team
• Perform other duties as assigned.
