As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating design solutions with a high visual impact in traditional and digital advertising. Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand their design needs on various products and activities, such as direct mail, magazines, other publications, posters, sales and marketing tools, exhibitions, corporate communications, and corporate identity, giving organizations a visual 'brand.' You will also collaborate with the clients, the production team, and account managers to develop creative ideas and concepts to meet the client's objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and execute design solutions with a high visual impact for traditional and digital projects, including logos, mailings, brochures, forms, etc., and social media, email, blog postings, and web design.
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand their design needs on various products and activities, such as print, direct mail, magazines, posters, sales and marketing tools, exhibitions, corporate communications, and corporate identity, giving organizations a visual 'brand.'
- Maintain brand continuity across all creative executions.
- Collaborate with the clients, production and digital marketing teams, and account managers to develop creative ideas and concepts to meet the client's objectives.
- Adhere to project deadlines. Collaborate with the design team, traffic manager, and account managers to ensure timely adjustments to provide on-time deliverables.
- Proof projects to ensure high-quality finished products. (Correct Client, Headline, Offer, Phone number, and Spell Checked.)
- Maintain project timelines and records in the agency’s project management system.
- Stay current with developing technology, software, and methods.
Required Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills
- Undergraduate degree in graphic design or related experience
- Knowledgeable in MacBook, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, and Microsoft Office 365, a mastery of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects, and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Experience in motion graphics and video production preferred.
- Possess solid knowledge of traditional typesetting skills (designing files that print).
- Provide strong project management and organization skills to independently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and business contacts.
- Excellent reading, writing, and math skills are required.
- Must be able to proficiently proofread own work and the work of others to ensure high-quality products. (Correct Client, Headline, Offer, Phone number, and Spell Checked.)
- May be occasionally required to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. of material. The employee is required to bend and stoop.
Working Conditions
Remote. Twenty to Thirty hours per week.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
