B*.) Overview:*

Cars Plus is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team! This role is critical in supporting our creative efforts through the creation of graphics and other creative media, which entails creating high-impact visual designs including, but not limited to: posters, T- shirt designs, billboards, brochures, newspaper advertisements, website design, social media content, email blasts, mailers, coupons, decals, flag/banner designs, large format prints, etc. across various companies. The Graphic Designer works under the direction of the Marketing Specialist and Marketing & Sales Managers and is expected to carry out additional marketing- related tasks as requested.

• Positive response to constructive feedback and a willingness to learn

• Understand the basic fundamentals of Graphic Design principles, layout design,and marketing
• Maintains technical knowledge by keeping up with graphic design and marketing trends, reviewing professional publications, and collaborating with team members across various departments

E.) Required Experience and Education

• Degree in Visual Communications (Graphic Design, Photo, Video & Marketing) or design-related field
• Certifications in design/marketing-related field
• Minimum 1-2 years Experience: Advertising Graphic Design (in Marketing setting)
• Must provide a link to portfolio for consideration

F.) Required Skills & Knowledge

• Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
• Knowledge in best printing and production practices
• Knowledge in best marketing, graphic design and social media content (video andphoto) practices
• Other: Computer Skills, Marketing Knowledge: Social Media Marketing Best Practices, Automotive Industry (Finance terms, disclaimers, car brands, etc.)
