Job Description:

This design role will report into the Creative Lab at Tebra, a diverse in-house brand and creative team within the Marketing department, that is responsible for shaping and elevating Tebra, Kareo, and PatientPop brand and visual identities for the organization at large. This designer will have a strong background in visual design production and cares deeply about consistent visual storytelling.

At Tebra, you will create engaging visual experiences through compelling design and thoughtful creativity. In collaboration with our thoughtful creatives, this designer will support our prolific creative queue and design creative deliverables across multiple initiatives, channels, and audiences. For this role, you will bring strong design and production principles and work within both pre-established and evolving design systems and guidelines for multiple brands.

Your Area of Focus

  • Follow creative and art direction from creative leads to continue developing our visual identity, guides, and brand tools across the company
  • Design and package creative assets for various channels and mediums, from various campaign touchpoints to digital/web experiences to corporate collateral, supporting all departments' business needs within the company
  • Types of creative deliverables, initiatives: Campaign production; Social advertising (earned and paid); Display advertising (HTML5 banner ad creation is a plus!); Keynotes and presentations; Self-serve brand tools (ex. Document, presentation templates); Whitepapers, guides, one pagers; Sales enablement tools; Illustrations and iconography are a plus!
  • Types of channels: Website, email, integrated campaigns, press and media, paid/earned social advertising and display, tradeshows and field events, internal events and communications, product placements, corporate collateral
  • Cares deeply about producing relevant creative that connects with Tebra audiences: customers, prospects, partners, employees, investors, and general public
  • Effectively manage project deliverables with transparent communication across a wide range of stakeholders and present / defend ideas and designs
  • Meet deadlines and expectations within a prolific creative project queue by responsibly collaborating with creative project managers in designated project management tools
  • Collaborate with fellow creatives to inspire new, diverse ideas and design execution
  • Remain open to feedback and translate it within design execution while also providing respectful feedback to fellow creatives and business partners

Your Professional Qualifications

  • Portfolio required with application
  • 3-5 years of relevant brand and design experience
  • Plus not mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Art / Communications / Design
  • Strong design principles and practices of composition, typography, color, illustration, and motion graphics
  • Proficient in the following channels: web, email, social advertising (earned/paid), retargeting advertising, print production, print advertising, presentations, apparel/swag, video
  • Great interpersonal skills for business partner and executive interactions
  • Exhibit creativity and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow creative and design direction on initiatives while also bringing ideas to the table
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem solving while also articulating creative and visual strategy to stakeholders
  • Open to feedback with the ability to thoughtfully and strategically implement the solve
  • Passionate about inspiring pride within brand
  • Deep sense of ownership and responsibility to their team and their success
  • Cares deeply about the details and the big picture at the same time
  • Constantly curious and open to learning and growing
  • Required programs: Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, After Effects, Acrobat, Lightroom etc), Figma, Apple Keynote, Google Docs / Google Slides, Microsoft Word / Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Other programs: Asana, Slack, Google Workspace
