Do you have a few years of agency experience with Google Ads and are looking for a fully remote position in the United States?

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join the team. Ideally, you would have previous agency experience, having worked on 50+ client accounts, working on both the ads side as well as the landing page side of things. Bonus points for blue-collar industries.

About The Role

This is a remote/work-from-home position. We will consider either a part-time or full-time candidate.

This role is primarily responsible for building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. We run the majority of our traffic on the Search Network, doing lead generation for local service providers. Facebook Ads experience is a big plus but is not required.

We are looking for someone who can not only take over the current accounts but also bring ideas to the table about how to improve things and troubleshoot underperforming accounts. We want you to own the Google Ads side of the business. If you are relatively new to Google Ads, this might not be for you.

Responsibilities can include:

1. Full campaign setup
2. Keyword research
3. Writing ad copy and split testing
4. Weekly optimizations for keywords, bidding, search terms, etc.
5. Landing page optimization
6. Helping answer client questions about the ad campaigns
7. Diagnose and fix underperforming campaigns and landing pages
8. Review training materials to constantly improve and build your skillset
9. Track your time via our time-tracking software

Requirements

1. Complete set up and optimization of Google Ads Search campaigns
2. Set up conversion tracking
3. Set up landing pages with GoHighLevel
4. Create ad campaign recap videos for the account managers
5. Collaborate with team via Slack & ClickUp
6. Help administrate our MarTech stack
