Lee Johnson has been selling Genesis vehicles for years now at Hyundai of Everett, but it is time we separate the showrooms. As a successful auto group, we have opened brand new showrooms and acquired existing locations, we pride ourselves in retaining staff, offering internal promotions, and movement with every endeavor but sometimes we need to hire as well!
We are opening a stand-alone Genesis store in Kirkland at the beginning of the year, that being said we are looking to add to our staff. We would love to have you on the ground level of this new journey. Responsibilities:
The store will function as a one point of contact store where a single team member helps guests navigate the entire buying process from start to finish. They will present the vehicle, present after-sales products, and sign contracts!
- Establishing personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devising strategies to meet those goals.
- Maintaining product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory; understanding vehicle features and describing their benefit to customers.
- Demonstrating automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; participating in test drives, comparing competitive models, explaining warranties and services.
- Prospecting and following up daily for potential customers. Maintaining consistent rapport with previously sold customers.
- Learning to overcome objections, asking for the sale, negotiating the sale, completing lease and purchase agreements, explaining warranties, services, and other dealership products.
- Following dealership safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an automobile salesperson, with a proven sales history preferred. We are however committed to training the right candidate.
- Internet sales experience a plus.
- Confidence in your ability to be successful.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic.
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
- Superior customer service skills.
- A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment.
- Self-starter and self-motivated.
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background test.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
