What you bring:

AI & GenAI Innovation

• Design, build, and scale Agentic AI applications and AI/ML solutions that solve high-value business problems.
• Lead the development of Generative AI, LLM, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
• Push the boundaries with autonomous agents, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics.

Engineering Excellence

• Turn prototypes into secure, scalable production systems.
• Build robust APIs, microservices, and data pipelines for end-to-end ML delivery.
• Drive best-practice MLOps, CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud-native deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Collaboration & Impact

• Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to deliver high-impact AI products.
• Identify new AI opportunities and shape the roadmap for enterprise-wide adoption.
• Act as a thought leader in advancing AI capability.

What You Bring

• A commercial mind and passionate for using AI to add true business value
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM-based applications.
• AWS Sagemaker, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face)
• Cloud expertise with Snowflake & dbt
• Back end MLOps experience (Docker, FastAPI, CI/CD pipelines, AWS/Azure/GCP).
• A passion for turning cutting-edge tech into tangible business impact.
