THE ROLE

As their second engineering hire, you won’t just write code; you’ll shape the product, the platform, and the company's future. You’ll work across the stack to build scalable, elegant solutions that directly impact clinicians and the families they serve.

• Collaborate with leadership to define and deliver engineering priorities
• Build and maintain web applications using React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Tailwind CSS
• Design and optimize scalable databases with TypeORM
• Integrate third-party APIs and ensure seamless data flow
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Contribute to architecture decisions and product strategy
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices

Note: this role is fullstack with a frontend focus.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of software development experience
• React and Node.js expertise.
• Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web development practices
• Experience with PostgreSQL, TypeORM, and Tailwind CSS
• API integration experience
• A self-starter mindset and comfort in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Webflow, AWS, or DevOps
• Exposure to testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
