Interview Process:

In-person interview only – we value direct interaction to assess technical depth and cultural fit.

Key Skills & Requirements:

✅ Frontend: React.js, Next.js

✅ Backend: Java, Spring Boot

✅ Cloud: Microsoft Azure (deployment, scaling, DevOps knowledge is a plus)

✅ Database: Strong experience with dynamic/relational databases

✅ Experience: Minimum 10 years in software development with proven full-stack expertise

✅ Other: Strong problem-solving, system design, and performance optimization skills

✅ Eligibility:

1. Work Authorization: H1B, Green Card holders, and U.S. Citizens
2. Employment Type: W2 only (No C2C or third-party submissions)
