About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Full Stack AI Team Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI-powered products and platforms.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building production-grade AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and personalized user experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to drive innovation and mentor engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of AI-powered products and solutions.
• Architect and optimize RAG pipelines and vector search systems.
• Design and integrate LLM workflows, AI agents, and external APIs/tools.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Build and maintain modern frontend applications using React and Next.js.
• Implement memory, context management, and personalization systems for AI applications.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, containerized deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate ideas into scalable solutions.
• Ensure code quality, system reliability, and best engineering practices across projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, Flask, and REST API development.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Experience working with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI frameworks.
• Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading AI engineering teams or technical projects.
• Experience building and deploying AI products in production environments.
• Familiarity with agentic workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with MLOps and AI observability tools.
