Kforce has a client that is seeking a Front-End Developer in Juno Beach, FL. Responsibilities:

1. Transform Figma and UI/UX designs into scalable performant web components and application user interfaces with strong attention to detail and aesthetics
2. Front-End Developer will build modern frontend solutions using Web Components architecture
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and deliver intuitive solutions
4. Optimize applications for performance and exceptional user experience
5. Build efficient and reusable artifacts defining the project standards components
6. Build the design system to be powerful and intuitive
7. As a Front-End Developer, you will leverage modern browser features and best practices for long-term maintainability

Requirements:

1. Strong hands-on experience in Core Web Technologies
2. Experience with component-based architecture and design systems
3. Testing experience (unit, integration, UI testing)
4. Proficient experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or similar)
5. Mastery of HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, and JavaScript (semantic HTML elements, CSS/3 layouts, and responsive designs)
6. Cross-Browser Compatibility
7. Proficiency in Web Components or willingness to learn
8. Performance optimization mindset
9. Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
10. Proactive problem-solver who can translate user needs into technical solutions
11. Common sense approach to building scalable, maintainable applications
12. Ability to create ad-hoc components without relying on packages, frameworks, and libraries

Our Tech Stack:

1. Frontend: Lit.js, Web Components, Vite.js
2. Testing: Vitest for unit & UI tests
3. Architecture: Singleton and Observable patterns
4. APIs: REST integration
5. Design System: MDUI components + custom web components

Bonus Points:

1. Experience with Lit.js or Web Components
2. Familiarity with Vite.js or similar build tools
3. Observable pattern implementation (RxJS or similar)
4. Energy industry background

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
