About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Field Service Architect with extensive experience in large-scale enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing complex field service architectures.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide Salesforce Field Service implementation and maintenance.
2. Analyze company processes and develop CRM workflows and custom solutions tailored to specific business needs.
3. Create blueprints of Salesforce Field Service application designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4. Provide design recommendations, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
5. Integrate Salesforce Field Service with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.
6. Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce Field Service systems and applications.
7. Coordinate and conduct testing, including functional testing, system integration testing, and UAT.
8. Maintain user roles and security within the Salesforce Field Service ecosystem.
9. Stay updated with developments and new features in Salesforce Field Service and integrate them into the company’s systems.
10. Provide technical support and training for Salesforce Field Service end-users.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, particularly Field Service.
3. Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and ability to build systems that effectively integrate with other data sources.
4. Experience with large-scale enterprise environments and complex field service architecture.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
6. Willingness to travel as needed.
