Responsibilities:

The F&I Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while helping customers choose products that provide the best ownership experience. In addition, this individual will work with lenders to obtain financial approvals, complete all paperwork to secure the purchase. The F&I Manager is responsible for following up on and collecting receivables. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Help customers choose products that provide the best ownership experience through a menu presentation using Darwin.
• Ensure Financing for customer by building relationships with lenders.
• Submit deals to bank using DealerTrack or RouteOne.
• Enter data accurately into DMS.
• Process all transaction paperwork in a timely manner.
• Manage Contracts in Transit (CIT).

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of dealership experience is required.
• 1+ years of Finance & Insurance experience required.
• Prior Sales Management experience is a plus.
• Team player focused on customer service.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve target goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
