EXPERIENCED 3PL SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE - SHIPPING, LOGISTICS - HEADQUARTERS MIAMI, FL.

Sendsy® (A Gara Group® Company - an Inc. 5000 company) is seeking a 3PL Senior Sales Executive for a remarkable opportunity to work with a Shipping company based in Miami, FL, with Global Operations Worldwide.

The position requires an On-site / full-time commitment. In addition, the qualified candidate must have 20+ years of experience in sales and a BoB. Industries we provide services: Health, Nutrition, Tech Devices, Cosmetics, Clothing, Kitchenware, etc.

(*_NOT: Refrigeration, Frozen or Heavy Furniture industries).*_

Job Responsibilities

Oversees the entire sales department; hiring and mentoring new team members, developing a sales plan for their team, and facilitating communication between the team and upper management.

Job Requirements:

• 20+ years of related work experience.
• Demonstrated record of closing deals and meeting / exceeding sales quotas.
• Persuasion, Public relations, Networking, Marketing / Customer retention
• Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Book of Business / Clients - Industries we could provide services: Health, Nutrition, Tech Devices, Cosmetics, Kitchenware, etc. (*_NOT: Frozen, Furniture industries_*)
• Proficiency in the English language, bilingual desirable.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams
• Ability to multitask, exercise discretion and judgment, and perform under pressure.
• Strong communication / Frequent communications with internal staff at all levels.
• Ability to strategize to meet goals / Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Superior work ethic
• Proactive attitude with the ability to problem-solve
• Ability to motivate and lead teams / Team player mentality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
