As a valued member of our team, you will work on our resale desk, where you'll find yourself engaged in a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our escrow processes. From ordering payoff demands to checking in escrow packages, inputting invoices, answering phone calls, opening escrows, scheduling notaries, ordering HOA documents, and processing solar transfers, your role will be diverse and exciting.

To thrive in this role, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively are key. We're looking for team players who possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. If you have a knack for following instructions, retaining information, and following through on tasks, we believe you'll be a perfect fit for our team. Stellar email and phone etiquette are a must.

Ideally, applicants should reside within a 30-minute drive from our Rancho Bernardo office, ensuring a convenient commute that allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
