We are a local marketing firm looking to hire motivated individuals for our Marketing Associate position. In this role you will help manage promotional campaigns for our clients. Throughout our fully-paid training, our marketing team will coach and develop your ability to drive production and generate new business. You will learn our proven marketing strategies, working alongside our team in a collaborative environment.

Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

• Generate new business for clients through the application of our hands-on training process.
• Coordinate with our marketing and management team to fulfill client expectations for performance, leadership and brand representation.
• Manage and set sales goals, interacting with client consumer bases in a face-to-face setting.
• Identify and act on new opportunities as you follow the growth path of this entry level position.

Key Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Bachelors in Marketing, Business or other relevant fields of study are encouraged, but not required.
• Desire to grow into a leadership or management role.
• Reliable transportation.
• 1-2 years of brand management, customer service, marketing and sales related experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
