A well-respected hospital in northern California is actively seeking an experienced Emergency Department Nurse Manager.

The Emergency Room Nurse Manager will provide direction and leadership for this busy hospital department. The Nurse Director of Critical Care and Emergency Services is excited to fill this important RN leadership role at a Joint Commission Accredited STEMI Receiving Center. This busy ER was recently expanded to 22 Emergency Beds and sees 30,000+ patients annually.

The Emergency Department Nurse Manager will work collaboratively with fellow hospital leadership and the House Supervisor to ensure smooth patient flow from the ER into the appropriate inpatient units. This comprehensive medical center is a certified Trauma Center and provides additional inpatient services including:

• Labor & Delivery (LDRs, Midwifery, NICU Level III, Nursery)
• Cardiac (Angiography, Open Heart, CCU, Cath Lab, Telemetry, Rehabilitation, Electrophysiology)
• Imaging (CT Scanner, Digital Mammography, Gamma Knife, Lithotripsy, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, PET Scanner, Telemedicine, Teleradiology, MRA, Ultrasound)
• Surgery (8 Operating Rooms, Infusion)
