Duties/Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop and write engaging, clear, and actionable content, including blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, emails, infographics, and social media posts that resonate with B2B SaaS audiences.
• Repurposing Content: Repackage long-form content into various formats (blog posts, social media snippets, video scripts) to maximize reach and engagement.
• Content Strategy: Assist in developing and executing content strategies that target specific buyer personas and stages of the buyer’s journey.
• Editorial Calendar: Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, timely delivery of content assets and projects.

• SEO & Keyword Optimization: Incorporate SEO best practices into content to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for targeted keywords.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in B2B content writing, with a focus on SaaS.
• Strong portfolio of published content, showcasing experience in creating high-quality, customer-centric content that drives engagement and conversions.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization strategies.

Compensation

• The base salary range is $80,000 to $120,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
• Performance-based bonuses are tied to individual and company performance.
