Location: SMCP North America Headquarters, 44 Wall Street / 20th Floor, New York, NY 10005

COMPENSATION RANGE: $26 - $29 Per Hour

What We Are Looking For

This position will be responsible for coordinating and executing the email marketing strategy as well as maintain brand engagement and customer loyalty.

Organizational Structure - Reporting Relationships

Internal:

  1. Direct Supervisor: Sandro Director of Ecommerce
  2. Executive Head: Vice President, Digital & Customer Experience

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

ECOMMERCE PLATFORM:

  1. Manage product launches
  2. Activation and categorization
  3. Filtering attributes, product recommendations, complete the look sets
  4. Onsite sorting and merchandising
  5. Oversee daily-to-day maintenance and navigation
  6. Perform regular checks to identify any product, inventory, or functionality issue
  7. Work closely with CRM team to create product selections to support email / SMS
  8. Update SEO data
  9. Support in content management
  10. Assets development
  11. Content refreshes and scheduling
  12. Promotions set up (sale pages & content, campaigns, pricebook updates)
  13. Provide suggestions for website improvements and process optimizations
  14. Supervise one intern on daily supporting tasks

BUSINESS ANALYSIS:

  1. Deliver regular business reporting on
  2. Return reasons data
  3. Product performance
  4. Event and collection recaps

Principal Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Required

  1. 1-2 years' experience in a related field
  2. Bachelor's degree
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Photoshop
  4. Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner; prioritize and meet deadlines, concurrently
  5. Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. Proven experience working independently, in a fast-paced environment
  8. Experience with Salesforce & GA4 a plus
  9. Fluent in French is helpful but not required
  10. Fast learner with a desire to work within E-Commerce in the retail industry.
