E-LEARNING APPLICATION ARCHITECT

Required Skills:

• Rebuild, confirm functionality, and collaborate with central learning administration team to the Client's e-learning items.
• Serve as Divisional Curricula Expert supporting work within the business areas, leveraging the group to execute in myLearning.
• Experience creating and modifying e-learning solutions using Articulate Storyline required.
• Preferred additional experience with other platforms such as Simpleshow.
• Knowledge of AICC and SCORM.
• Intermediate Project Management skills.
• Proficient at SharePoint administration.
• Learning Management System experience, specifically Plateau - SuccessFactors myLearning Administration preferred.
• MS Excel skills.

 
Project Description:

• Under the supervision of the OMS Learning Director and Learning Partner, the contractor will support the Learning & Development Operating Unit and Functional teams to rebuild and update online training modules.
• This role will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for e-learning development & delivery, specifically within the myLearning application.
• This role interacts directly with Learning Partners as well as indirectly with business clients via work with the online training modules.
• Success in this role depends on the candidate's ability to work in collaboration with Learning Partners and the Enterprise Learning Administration team to problem solve, diagnose, repair, and relaunch online training content.

 
This 12+ month position starts ASAP.
