This is a full-time remote position based in the Greater Seattle Area.

This individual must be fully adept in working with vendors looking to build their brands in the online marketplace. Understanding and experience with Amazon and Walmart Seller is critical. Working knowledge of back-end logistics including content, sales data management, brand registry, AP + AR reconciliation, and account management are a must. Understanding details around search marketing and promotional campaign management is a plus. Critical thinking, curiosity, patience, tenacity and teamwork are critical when working with our team.

What You'll do:
- Focus on aligning Seller with Vendor strategies for the brands that we manage.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the seller's account, including product listings, inventory management, pricing, and order fulfillment for multiple brands.
- Create and optimize product listings to maximize visibility, conversion rates, and sales. This includes writing compelling product descriptions, selecting appropriate keywords, and optimizing images.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure product availability and timely restocking. Minimize stock-outs and overstock situations.
- Analyze sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics through reporting tools to evaluate the performance of product listings, identify trends, and make data- driven decisions.
- Stay up to date with the platforms policies, terms of service, and performance metrics to ensure compliance. Monitor account health, manage performance metrics, and take necessary actions to maintain a good standing on the platform.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, new features on Seller, and changes in e- commerce best practices. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and enhance the seller's performance on the marketplace platforms.
- Troubleshooting product listing issues with consistent case management and upkeep.
- 2-4 travel opportunities annually to trade shows and team meetings
What You'll bring:
- 3+ years professional operational experience in Amazon and Walmart Seller. Additionally, some Vendor experience is preferred.
- Understanding the agency model with experience utilizing 3rd party resources and ticketing systems.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces. International selling is a bonus
- Proficiency with tools and services . FBA, FBM, advertising platforms, and reporting analytics
- Analytical and data driven approach
- Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of account management experience
- Experience working with PowerBI
- Experience working at a digital marketing agency
- Bachelor's Degree
- API integration experience a bonus

This position has an annual base salary range of $70,000 - $80,000. This listed base salary range is a good faith representation of the base salary range for this position. However, location, unique skills and/or exceptional experience may result in an offer outside of the stated range.
