Position Overview
The Director of Project Management reports to the Founders. The Director of Project Management
manages the PM department for their region and provides guidance with their projects. It is the
responsibility of the Director of Project Management to ensure every person on their team has the skill,
support, and structure to execute every job efficiently and with integrity. As the Director of Project
Management, your responsibilities will include:
Essential Functions
- Conducts weekly meetings to oversee project status and plans with Senior Project Manager
- Conducts weekly meetings to oversee project status and plans with Senior Project Manager
- Attends major client meetings with Project Manager (ie. kick-off meetings)
- Attends handoff meeting from Sales/Estimating
- Ensures Project Management teams have the resources and education to grow and succeed
- Analyzes financial progress/data of overall project team budgets
- Oversees project timelines to ensure deadlines are being met
- Analyzes project team WIP reports to assign new/upcoming projects to project teams
- Works closely with Business Development to prepare for new/upcoming projects and initiatives
- Works closely with Finance to ensure all billing and forecasting are up to date
- Works closely with all Director of PMs to ensure processes and goals are being kept
- Liaise with clients for any escalations: answering inquiries and addressing any concerns
- Finalizes and implements clear and efficient processes that incorporate all departments in the business
Qualifications
- 7-10 years project management or similar field experience
- A minimum of 6 years of management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Has a strong work ethic and is able to manage time and multiple priorities effectively while
- working in a highly collaborative environment
- Ability to lead design intent documents and construction plans
- Experience with project management tools
- Ability to work and think independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
- Ability to interact well with a wide range of people and personalities of all levels within and outside
- drive 21
- Proficient in G Suite
- Strong attention to detail, exceedingly well-organized, and technologically savvy
- A true team player, no ego’s here
- Willingness to be flexible and roll up your sleeves (both literally and figuratively) to do what is
- needed to get the job done

Compensation
The salary range for this position is 150-170k annually. Salary will be dependent upon candidates experience and education.
