Director of Food & Beverage

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in food and beverage management, preferably in luxury resorts or high-end hotels.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple F&B outlets and overseeing large teams.
• Exceptional leadership and management abilities, including the capacity to lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the General Manager of the property and develop and implement a comprehensive F&B strategy aligned with the resort's overall goals and brand identity.
• Create and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and develop revenue-enhancing strategies to achieve financial targets.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
• Really looking for someone who has high energy and loves hospitality. Heavy on operational experience, very hands on role with guest.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
