Works closely with the General Manager/COO in developing and maintining a vibrant club. Is a true professional who is driven to build and create service driven cutlures that are all about, "taking care of others".Responsible for building a strong culture of member focused individuals and helping them grow to there full potential. Plans and implements , hires, trains and supervises subordinates and applies relevant marketing principles to assure that the wants and needs of club members and guests are consistently exceeded. Is a creative, professional and fun to work with, will be a natural leader who can just be themselves.
Job Tasks (Duties)
1. Is responisble for all procurement of liquor, beer, wine and bar consumables, As well as china, glass and Silver for the club.
2. Will be responsible for the coffee and teaprogram, wine list, cocktail list, soft beverage and beer.
3. Creates standard operating procedures for sales and cost control and assures that these procedures are in place and are consistently utilized.
5. Assures that effective orientation and training for new staff and professional development activities for experienced staff are implemented.
6. Helps plan and approve external and internal marketing and sales promotion activities for the food and beverage operation.
7. Monitors safety conditions and employees’ conformance with safety procedures
8. Maintains documentation of food and beverage departments
9. Maintains contact with members and helps assure maximum membership satisfaction. Receives, investigates, and acts upon complaints from club members, guests and employees. Follow throughs to the end.
10. Participates in on-going facility inspections throughout the club to assure that cleanliness, safety and other standards are consistently attained and assures that the club’s preventive maintenance and energy management programs are in use.
11. Researches new products and develops an analysis of the cost/ profit benefits.
