Our consultants are responsible for consulting on and executing our website, webapp, and mobile app development projects.

These consultants work primarily on technical development projects where technical requirements, specifications, and a lot of programming is involved.

· Work with customers to understand the objectives and scope/define requirements

· Create specifications to meet those requirements and review with customers

· Coordinate with our designers and developers to build the website, webapp, and mobile app

· You must be a capable developer (30%-50% of your time will be spent coding) in the PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JS Stack and have knowledge of AWS

Work with clients to define scope, solutions, define requirements, develop an executable plan, and identify resource needs, timelines, and costs
Provide technical assistance to our sales team in putting together project scopes and quotes for sales proposals

Requirements

3+ years' experience working directly with clients as a PM/consultant or as part of a team of consultants, analyzing detailed technology related requirements and specification designs
Experience leading and guiding teams to build large web sites, web apps, and/or mobile apps
3+ years' hands-on web development/programming experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL)
Must be organized and communicate effectively. Experience with organizing large web application efforts with multiple stakeholders, developers, designers, and marketers
Full lifecycle delivery (experience in Waterfall and Agile methodology)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels, including strong presentation development and delivery as well as business and technical writing
Highly competent with project management software
A history of mentoring and or coaching others with a focus on balanced feedback while effectively communicating development needs
Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and resources
