We are looking for a skilled and experienced Unity Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Unity Software Developer, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing interactive applications, games, and simulations using the Unity game engine. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including artists, designers, and fellow developers, you will create high-quality, engaging, and visually captivating experiences.


This is a three-month contractual agreement with the intention of leading to a full-time position upon completion of the contract.

You will be Responsible for the following


1. Project Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and design goals.

  • Work closely with artists, designers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration of assets and achieve desired outcomes.

2. Application Development:


  • Develop interactive applications, games, and simulations using the Unity game engine.

  • Implement gameplay mechanics, user interfaces, and visual effects to create immersive experiences.

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

3. Performance Optimization and Testing:


  • Optimize performance and memory usage to ensure smooth and responsive applications.

  • Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs identified during testing and development.

  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and stability of the applications.

4. Continuous Learning and Technical Expertise:


  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Unity features, tools, and technologies and integrate them into the development process as appropriate.

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on Unity-related topics.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Unity game engine and C# programming language.
  • Hands-on experience with Entity Component Systems (ECS) and Data-Oriented Technology Stack (DOTS).
  • Experience with GIS Applications using MapBox Unity SDK.
  • Strong experience with 3D modeling, animation, and physics systems within Unity.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
  • Knowledge of game development concepts, including gameplay mechanics, collision detection, and physics simulation.
  • Familiarity with game development frameworks, tools, and workflows.


Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in developing interactive applications or games using Unity.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your Unity projects or games is highly desirable.
