Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Content Creation: Create and curate high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, that align with our brand and resonate with our audience
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
• Website Optimization: Oversee the design, development, and optimization of our website to ensure a user-friendly experience and high search engine rankings
• SEO Strategy: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and support overall marketing goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Digital Media Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and web analytics tools
• Proficiency in design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
