As an integral part of the Customer Success team, the Digital Media Coordinator assists Digital Media Managers - with key tasks to assist in planning, execution, and reporting on media performance to drive Terminus value for their accounts and overall group coordination.

 

Responsibilities

    • Prepare and analyze customer data and reports to assist the Media Manager team in creating content that showcases the value received from using the Terminus platform.
    • Assist with managing customer issues and escalations, coordinating cross functions internally to get to resolution urgently.
    • Assigned to directly assist Senior Media Managers in a client-facing role for select key customers
    • Assisting with Salesforce, Gainsight, and TaskRay operational maintenance and hygiene.
    • Be hands-on-keyboard within our DSP (The Trade Desk) to make back-end optimizations and recommendations
    • Manage a small book of business of smaller accounts to progress skillset for growth trajectory into Digital Media Manager

Preferred Skills and Experience

    • 2+ Years of experience with marketing and/or advertising campaigns (ideally digital advertising)
    • Experience with an ABM platform (i.e. Terminus, 6sense, Demandbase) is a plus
    • Familiarity with The Trade Desk or any DSP is a plus
    • Familiarity with B2B media planning and execution is a plus
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a growth environment
    • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
    • Critical thinking with the ability to grasp complex concepts and simplify
    • Technically savvy with the ability to demonstrate a good level of competency using Google Slides & Sheets, Salesforce and Gainsight experience is a plus
    • Ability to analyze data and create pivot tables and graphs in Google Sheets and Excel
    • Experience in a client-facing role is a plus
