Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage ad campaigns across various native and paid social platforms. This role encompasses the entire campaign lifecycle, involving tasks such as ad creation, performance testing, budget determination, campaign launch, and oversight.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, execute, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly paid media campaigns to optimize spending for sales growth, meeting strict ROI and CPA goals.
  • Collaborate with various departments to shepherd marketing projects from conception to completion, including testing and optimization phases.
  • Test and scale both new and existing ad networks and direct site placements.
  • Continuously ideate, implement, and measure A/B testing for creatives to optimize for engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct regular tracking and analysis of the performance of each advertising channel and campaign.
  • Maintain a holistic view of customer experience throughout the sales funnel, including SEO, customer support, and the branded site.
  • Discover and test new ad creatives and angles on native static and video ads.
  • Stay informed about industry standards, new media programs/opportunities, and implement new strategies to achieve targets.
  • Serve as the point of contact across all company departments for the individual customer acquisition funnel.

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Openness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects, organizing workload, and setting priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within digital acquisition/performance marketing.
  • Native advertising and paid social experience, using platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, Newsbreak, Twitter.
  • Experience optimizing sales funnels through A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel and Google Docs).
  • Comfortable with basic image editing using Photoshop.
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within digital acquisition/performance marketing (preferred).
  • Direct-to-Consumer experience (preferred).
