Twelve Three Media is seeking a Marketing Director who is well-versed in digital marketing. We are looking for someone to lead strategy and direction for our company and clients. This person will work with our social team, our media team, our development team, our SEO team, and our analytics team to implement comprehensive policies and programs related to digital marketing aimed at growing businesses.

This dynamic person will be well versed in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, website development, website UX, funnels, cold-to-warm lead nurturing, and lead generation.

This person will be hands-on and actively contributing to the day-to-day marketing duties. Must have knowledge of B2B marketing as well as B2C and D2C marketing.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Use SEM, SEO, email campaigns, blogs, forums, and other social media experience to generate leads
• Oversee content strategy for SEO
• Manage SEM budgets with Media Director
• Collaborate on SEM campaigns, campaign performance and provide recommendations for course correction
• Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
• Establish a relationship with clients to ensure client success
• Develop client-specific marketing plans and communicate those plans to the entire organization as well as the client
• Develop a company-specific marketing plan focused on a growing company
• Understand analytics and measuring ROI
• Create and disseminate innovative and personalized email campaigns
• Oversee the progress of each client’s plan
• Lead regular communication with clients and the necessary department leads
• Develop and deliver monthly reports for each client
• Audit websites, SEO plans, and social plans
• Create content as needed

Qualification and Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and communications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Website Development and CRM
• Ability to make strategic recommendations and present to leadership
• High-level strategic thinker with attention to detail
• Polished communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage several projects and their moving parts accurately and simultaneously
• Must be self-directed and self-motivated
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
