What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, SEO, and Pay-Per-Click campaigns focused on TMS therapy
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, SpyFu, etc.) to ideate, write, and design content efficiently
• Analyze campaign data, conversion funnels, and lead quality to improve ROI
• Collaborate with design, clinical, and management teams to align messaging with patient outcomes
• Stay current on trends in digital health marketing, AI, and search algorithms

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field
• Early career or recent graduate with strong technical and analytical mindset
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, Meta Business Manager
• Passion for mental health innovation and curiosity about the clinical side of TMS
• Strong writing and organizational skills
• Insatiable thirst to experiment with and master AI-powered marketing tools
