What You’ll Do

1. Manage and optimize Google Ads, SEO, and Pay-Per-Click campaigns focused on TMS therapy
2. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, SpyFu, etc.) to ideate, write, and design content efficiently
3. Analyze campaign data, conversion funnels, and lead quality to improve ROI
4. Collaborate with design, clinical, and management teams to align messaging with patient outcomes
5. Stay current on trends in digital health marketing, AI, and search algorithms

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field
2. Early career or recent graduate with strong technical and analytical mindset
3. Working knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, Meta Business Manager
4. Passion for mental health innovation and curiosity about the clinical side of TMS
5. Strong writing and organizational skills
6. Insatiable thirst to experiment with and master AI-powered marketing tools
