You will be the point of contact for all digital marketing onboarding and support with our Franchisees who are our clients. The role of an account manager is that of a problem solver and expert communicator. You will work closely with our clients as well as our internal and external teams to ensure we are exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional marketing solutions, campaigns and services in a professional and timely manner.
The role also includes managing tasks and collaborating with internal and external teams from various departments for marketing initiatives. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining email and text messaging automation campaigns.
You will need to be creative, proactive, and be able to also work independently in providing new ideas to help our clients be as successful as possible. Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Client Onboarding - Onboard new clients and get them set up with their digital marketing solutions which includes email and text funnels, lead management automation, and lead generation account set up
Relationship Management – Routine communication with clients on status updates and progress of digital strategy is of the utmost importance. Relationship building is a major focus of this job role.
Campaign Management – Monitor and manage the digital marketing campaigns and automation and continue to develop email and text marketing campaigns and automation based on business requirements and client needs.
Tactics Management – Must be able to review a digital strategy, understand the key objectives, and execute the necessary tactics to achieve the desired outcomes.
Schedule & Vendor Management – Project management includes working with outside 3rd party vendors for content creation, graphic design, ads management, and photography/video editing. The ideal candidate will be motivated to plan the work and work the plan both with their own schedule and the schedules of vendors/clients.
Help Desk – Digital marketing support is an essential role for the account manager. Our help desk needs to be monitored daily for requests from clients, processed in a timely manner, with a clear resolution. Impeccable communication is necessary.
Analytics Management – We use a variety of analytical tools including Go High Level CRM, Google Analytics, Hot Jar, Active Campaign, and more. Familiarity with these tracking tools is beneficial.
