About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and dynamic Digital Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with the founder and lead the charge in developing, implementing, and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, optimize conversion rates, and increase sales through our e-commerce platform on Shopify. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and who has a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, consumer behavior, and e-commerce trends. We are looking for someone who is a great balance of strategic thinking and rolling up their sleeves to help execute with our small but amazing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Design, execute, and optimize innovative digital marketing campaigns across channels, including paid and organic social media, search engines, email, and affiliate programs.
  • Oversee customer acquisition and monetization strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.

Content & Product Creation:

  • Lead the development of compelling, conversion-focused content for digital platforms—product descriptions, blog posts, social media, emails, and more.
  • Collaborate with creative and customer service teams to develop engaging visual assets, videos, and multimedia content.
  • Drive strategies for new product creation, evolving our offerings to meet customers’ needs and deepen their Ziva journey.

Social Media Management:

  • Partner with our Social Media Manager to develop and execute strategies that build brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic.
  • Monitor social channels and manage our online reputation with grace and agility.

Email Marketing Management:

  • Work with the Content Manager to optimize and execute email campaigns that nurture leads, promote products, and encourage continuous learning.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Set marketing objectives aligned with sales targets; track KPIs like engagement, leads, sales, and ROI.
  • Utilize analytics tools to generate insights, drive optimization, and share performance reports.
  • Track and manage our ad partners to create high ROAS

SEO and SEM:

  • Implement SEO best practices and manage SEM campaigns to drive qualified traffic and enhance visibility.

About You:

You are an experienced marketer with a deep passion for wellness and personal growth. You’re data driven, analytical, strategic, and creative, with a relentless drive for excellence. You thrive in collaborative environments but are equally comfortable taking the reins and working independently. You have a knack for data and understand how to leverage it to maximize growth and impact.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in selling information products online and direct response/e-commerce marketing.
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry is highly preferred. Especially in online learning.
  • Proven success in creating and optimizing marketing campaigns and funnels, including paid social, affiliate, and influencer marketing.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, META Ads Manager) and platforms (Shopify, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using web analytics tools and CRM software to drive strategy and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude, with a strong work ethic and a passion for constant improvement.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Keap CRM, Asana, Shopify or other project management tools.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques.
