Position Overview:

Menlo Security is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Demand Director to join our Marketing team and drive our pipeline-generating strategies and initiatives. As the Digital Demand Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to accelerate pipeline growth through paid and owned digital channels, execute digital account-based marketing strategies, grow and nurture Menlo’s database, enhance overall brand visibility, and optimize the website for traffic conversion.

 

Key Outcomes:

This role will own the global inbound target for marketing-qualified leads (“MQLs). It is expected that targets will be reached through cost-effective channels, and grow quarter-over-quarter. Applicants can expect the goal to be approximately a third of the overall marketing MQL goal.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1.) Generate Marketing Qualified Leads - through owned (aka “growth”) digital channels | This position will accelerate pipeline growth through earned digital channels, to include, but not limited to:


  • Generating organic traffic to Menlo’s website

  • Enhancing overall SEO through website keyword and content management

  • Continually improving website user engagement and conversion

  • Nurturing the existing customer database via email campaigns

 

2.) Generate Marketing Qualified Leads - through paid (aka “performance”) digital channels | This position will accelerate pipeline growth through paid digital channels, to include, but not limited to:


  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): pay-per-click (PPC) via Google, Bing, and others

  • Display Advertising: via Google Display Network, ABM platform networks

  • Account-based Marketing: utilize ABM platforms to target and convert specific accounts

  • Video Advertising: via YouTube and similar platforms

  • Social Media Advertising: including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter

  • Email Marketing: sponsored email campaigns through newsletters

  • Retargeting/remarketing: display ads to website visitors who previously did not convert

  • Native advertising: integrating display ads seamlessly into surrounding content

3.) Enhance overall brand visibility and positioning:

  • Work closely with the brand marketing team to enhance Menlo Security's brand visibility and positioning on various paid and unpaid digital platforms

  • Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns to showcase Menlo Security's unique value proposition to target audiences

 

4.) Analyze, optimize and report on digital demand performance:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance.

  • Provide regular insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Proven experience in growth and performance marketing, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Our Compensation and Benefits

At Menlo Security, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $128,000-$192,000.

In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is Menlo Security’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become Menlo Security shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
