The Role:
Under the direction of Product Marketing, the Digital Content Strategist is responsible for planning, creating, and editing lifestyle, and clinically oriented content contributions throughout the entire platform. This position will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring content and data that is part of Pager's email marketing campaigns, engagement messaging, and validating automated content generated by AI.
The Digital Content Strategist will coordinate efforts among creative, technical, and other content sources to ensure the highest quality product output and user experience is achieved while maintaining the highest degree of customer focus. A wide variety of internal and external relationships are necessary to accomplish the objectives and perform the duties of this position. This position will work closely with other members of the product organization, operations, engineering, legal, and our clinical teams, as well as external partners where we source a wide variety of content for the platform. Developing and maintaining good communication with these contacts is essential to accomplishing the product department's goals. This position will also oversee content contributors throughout the enterprise providing leadership and direction to groups surrounding writing, proofing and use of our web-based configuration management system to publish content. Finally, this position will help identify content needs based on competitive platform analysis and gap analysis, participate in workflow and process management and collaborate with different levels of staff whom they do not have a direct reporting relationship with, throughout the Pager enterprise.

For Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the pay range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000. The compensation package may include stock options, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC.
