Key Responsibilities:

Digital Content Development & Management

• Create and manage compelling multimedia content across digital channels
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to support content calendars
• Ensure timely delivery of digital assets while maintaining brand consistency

YouTube Channel Management

• Develop and execute channel strategy aligned with brand and content goals
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags to boost visibility and engagement
• Analyze YouTube Analytics to refine strategies and content performance
• Organize videos and maintain playlists for user-friendly navigation

Website Content Collaboration

• Write and optimize web content aligned with digital strategy
• Ensure accessibility and adherence to content governance guidelines
• Maintain high content quality and brand alignment

Social Media Collaboration

• Work with internal teams to craft platform-specific, engaging content
• Collaborate with paid and organic social teams to maximize impact

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content management
• Proven track record in YouTube channel management and optimization
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital analytics tools
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence applications
• Experience in video production and editing
• Certification in Google Analytics
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
