We’re seeking creative, detail-oriented IVA Specialists to join the Digital Lab team supporting HCP Marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll work hands-on within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Veeva CLM to build, route, and manage interactive visual aids (IVAs) for field representatives.

🔧 In This Role, You Will:

• Author IVA content within AEM CMS (no coding required – true CMS functionality).
• Manage the full content lifecycle – from building and orchestrating content to routing through MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review.
• Finalize and deploy content in iRep (Veeva CLM environment).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on visual asset updates.
• Maintain component inventory and contribute enhancement ideas to the CLM platform roadmap.
• Help ensure content is fully QC’d, compliant, and optimized for field use.

✅ Top Skills & Qualifications:

• AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) – Author-level experience required (not developer).
• Veeva CLM / iRep – Proven experience building and managing Closed Loop Marketing content.
• Veeva CRM – Strong understanding of CRM and content delivery mechanisms.
• Figma experience – Highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a regulated industry environment with MLR routing experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort juggling multiple projects

🎓 Preferred Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Business.
• 3+ years of experience with Veeva CLM and AEM authoring (5+ years preferred).
• Experience working within digital marketing or agency environments is a plus.
• Pharma or life sciences experience helpful, but not required.
