Job Description:

Healthfirst is looking for an experienced Digital Assets and Operations Specialist to join our growing team – a person that can help us build and maintain easy to use, compelling, and informative digital experiences for Healthfirst health insurance prospects, members, brokers, and health care providers.

They are comfortable embracing change and love learning new tools and technology. They have experience working with both waterfall and agile processes, are detail oriented, and have a passion for continuous improvement. They are wise enough to recognize risks and ask for help when needed, and confident enough to lead when necessary.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting UX, development, marketing, corporate communications, product, and operations teams by completing a wide variety of tasks such as:
Making content updates in a variety of content management systems (CMS).
Managing PDFs and other digital assets in document asset management systems (DAM).
Using software applications to resolve errors and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Updating tasks and projects within project management systems as work progresses.
Developing and analyzing reports and acting on insights.
Assisting with measurement planning activities.
Developing test plans and participating in QA as part of release activities.
Collaborating across teams and departments to gather information, document decisions and determine next steps.
Developing new or revising existing processes as needs arise.
Must have experience with and be able to quickly learn and master many different software applications used in the design, development and maintenance of websites and integrated marketing campaigns in an enterprise environment such as (but not limited to):
Project management systems
Content management systems
Marketing automation and CRM software
Testing and optimization software
Prototyping software
Digital asset management (DAM) systems
Language translation software
Error monitoring software
Accessibility monitoring software
Domain management platforms
Google analytics and Google search console

Must have intermediate to advanced skills in:
Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, SharePoint
Analytics and SEO-related applications such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Content management systems
Must have experience and intermediate-level skills with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and technical SEO.
Must be able to communicate clearly, accurately, frequently and in a friendly way with team members and stakeholders about task and project status, timelines, roadblocks, risks, and other issues.
Must have a solutions-oriented mindset for problem-solving and strong organizational skills.
Must be able to switch tasks easily as issues arise, and then pick back up where you left off.
Must be experienced working with waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
Must be able to document and make recommendations that increase efficiency, streamline processes, and improve the quality of deliverables.
Must be comfortable in a large, multi-disciplinary and diverse team environment.
Must be able to empathize with co-workers, communicate clearly and often, gain alignment on approaches to work, and ensure any roadblocks are addressed in a timely manner.
Must be able to perform validation of user stories and post-production quality checks of completed work.

Educational, Experience and Qualities for Success:
5-8 years of experience working in a marketing organization focused on website design, development, and maintenance.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, science, technology, or related field
Demonstrable experience working within a wide variety of marketing and website technology platforms, applications, and systems.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Can-do attitude and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.

Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $65,600 - $94,775

All Other Locations (within approved locations): $58,300 - $86,700

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
