Job Description:

The Digital and Social Media Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and other digital channels (email marketing, Google Ads, etc.)
Create, manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive engagement, website traffic and conversions.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Write, edit and proofread engaging copy for social media, website and other digital channels.
Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and effective digital assets (graphics, videos, animations, etc.)
Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media

Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and advertising options
Strong copywriting and editing skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Familiarity with email marketing, SEO and Google Analytics
Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus
Understanding of web design and HTML/CSS is a plus
