Location: Dallas, TX hybrid schedule (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday On-Site)

Type: 6 month contract to hire

We are only able to work on a W2 basis, no Corp to Corp. Must be able to work on our W2 without sponsorship!

Position Summary :

As a contractor, you will be part of a team that brings together the best of two well known brands for customers, hotels, and Team Members. You would work with their co-branded credit cards to provide customers with the best care and rewards. This role is a mix of marketing campaigns and a major focus on analytics and data.

• Support the development and performance optimization of customer-facing communications, and analyses to better understand performance, areas of opportunity and diagnose potential issues.
• Manage internal and external partner relationships with timelines, reporting, etc.
• Work reciprocally within the organization, while handling details of multiple projects and changing priorities while maintaining excellent work
• Presenting PowerPoints and presentations to the team

Desired Skills

• Manager level 3-5 years of experience
• Data/digital Analytics background
• Well-organized manager and planner, who is flexible and adaptable
• Motivated self-starter with high integrity, flexibility, enthusiasm, and ability to work in a dynamic environment and takes ownership and initiative
• A collaborative team-player who brings people together helping synchronize vision and plans
• An excellent communicator who advances the work by building clear understanding, identifying knowledge gaps, expectations, and deadlines
• A consistent blend of critical and creative thinking, quantitative analysis, and marketing planning
• Ability to proactively think ahead and anticipate needs & considerations
