About the Product Specialist Team - Equities and Liquid Strategies

Our Product Specialist team focuses on Equities and Liquid Strategies. It consists of 6 members, spread across our main office locations—Chicago, Boston, New York, and Jacksonville. They are a high performing group, surpassing many of their goals year over year.

 

We are looking for a Liquid Real Assets (LRA) Product Specialist to join the Americas team. You would be working closely with our portfolio management and client coverage teams, and would be responsible to promote our equity and LRA strategies to institutional and intermediary clients in the region.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Primarily to help achieve LRA capital raising targets in the Americas.

  • Collaborate with client coverage teams to increase market share in various client segments.

  • Articulate the key benefits of our strategies to internal coverage teams and external clients.

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of our own products, competitors, and client landscape.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce and update timely sales and marketing materials, investment reports, and market updates.

  • Participate in client meetings, articulating solutions to clients/prospects/gatekeepers.

  • Promptly address and resolve clients’ product-related inquiries.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of new/existing products. Identifying client needs, industry trends, and the development and expansion of product solutions and marketing

  • Researching and fostering new product/strategy opportunities

 

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Degree holder, preferably in business/finance/economics

  • Experience in asset management/financial industry with a solid understanding of capital markets; knowledge of liquid alternative strategies would be preferred

  • Good analytical, writing, and presentation skills

  • Must be a strong team player and able to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and attention to details

  • Positive demeanor with a good sense of humor and grace under pressure
