ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a versatile Designer to own the visual and web presence for our client portfolio. You'll split your time between graphic design — social content, branding, and marketing collateral — and website work — updates, landing pages, and ongoingmaintenance — reporting directly to our Marketing Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design social media graphics, brand assets, and marketing collateral in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Build and maintain client websites — updates, new pages, and landing pages
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints Collaborate with the Marketing Director on campaign creative
• Troubleshoot basic website issues and coordinate with hosting providers as needed
• Manage multiple client projects and deadlines simultaneously

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or web development
• Must be local to Waco/Central Texas
• Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with website platforms — Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, or similar
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and brand identity
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize Independently in a remote environment

NICE TO HAVE

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Comfortable behind the camera and in the edit — shooting and editing photo and video content
• Experience working with small business or agency clients
