POSITION SUMMARY:

AGM Agency is on the hunt for a creative and experienced Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in creating visually engaging designs and has a keen eye for aesthetics. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative departments to develop graphic content that resonates with our diverse clientele. OBJECTIVES:

• Develop and deliver innovative graphic design projects from concept to completion.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to produce graphic content for various campaigns.
• Understand and interpret brand needs to create visually appealing designs.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends and techniques to ensure cutting-edge output.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

COMPETENCIES:

• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creative thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts and strategies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with a strong visual sense.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• No college degree is required
• Previous agency experience is a plus but not required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
