We’re looking for detail-oriented, enthusiastic people to join our support team as a Customer Support Specialist. Our support team works with our clients via email, phone, TeamViewer, and in Teams to support manage our interactions. Our primary mode of support is through our phone system and chat. This position would require that the candidate be actively involved with supporting the day-to-day use of our products.
