Job Description:

We’re looking for detail-oriented, enthusiastic people to join our support team as a Customer Support Specialist. Ultimately, our job is to help our clients achieve the highest possible percentage of utilization of our technologies.

Our support team works with our clients via email, phone, TeamViewer, and in Teams to support manage our interactions. Our primary mode of support is through our phone system and chat. This position would require that the candidate be actively involved with supporting the day-to-day use of our products.

As a member of our team, you will

  • Provide email, phone, and chat-based support for our clients
  • Create, edit, and manage client support requests using established best practices
  • Participate in weekend / emergency support in an on-call rotation
  • Occasionally facilitate online training to new clients
  • Encourage clients to expand their use of product features and functionality that are underutilized or that present the opportunity for additional revenue
  • Support your team by participating in knowledge-sharing exercises that are designed to increase the teams understanding of the business and products
  • Support the use and implementation of AutoManager mobile app

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS support, as well as Windows desktop application support
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required (equivalent industry experience a bonus)
  • A creative problem-solving attitude with strong analytical skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems to manage relevant case details
  • Alignment with our company’s core culture and work values

Additional Information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
