Under close supervision, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders and managing incoming customer calls.

This positionstarts at $25 per hour plus benefits. Hourly rate may be higher based on relevant education and experience.

JOB DUTIES:

• responding to basic customer inquires regarding products, provides quotes, and handles order entry.
• negotiating the sale price and purchase price, within certain parameters.
• adjust non-contract customer pricing
• builds customer relationships
• orders items to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained
• responsible for sourcing products in branch inventory, distribution center inventory or supplier inventory.
• partners with Account Representatives

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and one (1)to three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

• Strong communication skills

•Computer and Microsoft Literate

• Product knowledge is preferred.
