What will you do in this role?
As an Advisor on our Team at Concentrix, you will:
- Be tenacious in tracking, documenting and retrieving information in call tracking database.
- Invest in our customers success by offering additional products and/or services.
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’).
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding; use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
- Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating of accounts as required.
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
Who You Are:
As an Advisor your empathy, integrity, knowledge, and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:
- A high school diploma, with six plus months of customer service experience preferred.
- Live within 50 mile radius of the Lake Mary, FL site
- Internet Speeds of 10mbps download and 5mbps upload
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment.
- Talent for delivering outstanding service.
- Adept communication skills, in both written and verbal form.
- The natural instinct to multitask, be flexible, and are able to adapt to changes.
- The knack for being detail-oriented.
- The passion for being a team player.
- Patience in working with customers is second nature for you.
- The ability to do rotational shifts as needed
- Based on location and/or program, additional skills may be required.
