Job Description:

Responsible for Amplified Marketing Practice Support across Western US regions. Build customer relationships, advise customers on successful marketing practices, and work directly with the sales and marketing teams to support the customer in growing their practice. This position will be the primary post-sale marketing contact between Cynosure and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for all new customers, by acting as the primary point-of-contact and familiarizing them with all available resources.
  • Evaluate customer marketing activities and challenges and provide strategic optimization recommendations.
  • Introduce marketing opportunities and provide strategic direction designed to drive sales and increase patient loyalty.
  • Deliver defined customer engagement and marketing content through an established nurture track via proactive outbound phone calls, email communication, and scheduled check-ins.
  • Train customers on Showpad Shared Space, the AMPS online portal, and assist with administrative needs (password resets, webstore access, etc.)
  • Design and develop personalized creative assets using Adobe creative suite (PDF editor, photoshop, etc.) based on requests from customers and Cynosure sales partners.
  • Coordinate with and direct third-party partners to provide added value to customers.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on program metrics to continually create program initiatives ensuring customer business objectives are met.
  • Act as Cynosure point of contact for complaints, arbitrating disputes, and resolving grievances with customers in relation to marketing services provided.
  • Support to the Sales team by providing account insights and offering best-in-class service to ensure their client’s needs are met.

Qualifications

Education

  • BS/BA Degree in Marketing or Communications – preferred, but not required

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Service, or Inside Sales

Skills

  • Customer Service experience.
  • Organized with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Basic understanding of marketing tactics.
  • Collaborative cross-functional partnership.
  • Highly proficient in phone and/or video etiquette.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Basic graphic design (Adobe creative suite) preferred.
  • Communication and presentation skills (including virtual).
  • Demonstrate good independent judgment and discretion.
  • Comfortable with making decisions and flexible to changing needs.
  • Proven creative talent and originality.
